RE: Lots 2 and 3 of Block B in Subdivision of L. W. Halbe Land in Section 8,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East according to map of Sunrise Engineering ;
Co. , dated November 1, 1949, more particularly deacribed as follows:
From the intersection of the eastern boundary of U. S. Highway No. 1 right- E
of-way and the south boundary of the NE,-' of the SW4 of said Section 8, run east
along said south boundary 200 feet; thence turn and run on a northwesternline f
parallel with said eastern highway boundary 97. 1 feet for point of beginning; thence ~
turn and run westerly 160 feet more or less to a point 25 feet northeasterly from
said eastern highway boundary and on a line at a right angle the~zto; thence run soutn-
westerly on said line 25 feet to a point on said eastern highway boundary 50 feet
from the intersection with the south boundary line aforesaid; thence run north-
westerly along said eastern highway boundary 100 feet; thence turn at a right
angle to said high~ray boundary and run northeasterly 25 feet; thence run easterly
on a liae 360 feet more or less to a point on the northwestern line aforesaid
125 feet frorn beginning; thence run southeasterly on said line 125 feet to point
of beginning.
Subject to reservations of record, if any, to the State of Florida, concerning
petroleum and other minerals on or under the land, and for state road right-of-
way easements; also subject to taxes for 1953 and subsequent years.
Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared Evelyn I.
Johns, State Road 76, de La Bahia Apt. #6, Stuart, Florida, who upon being
duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That she is personaliy familiar with John C. Able of Fort Pierce,
Florida who appears as grantor in that certain Warranty Deed dated September
18, 1953, recorded in OR Book 184, page 595 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida in which said grantor failed to reflect his marital status. (Said
Warranty Deed conveyed above referenced property)

2. Your affiant of her own knowledge knows that on date of said
conveyance John C. Able was a single adult.
Further affiant sayeth not. ~ -
