The co~•enants and agreements herein contained shall bind and the benefits and advantages shaq inure to the respecti~•e heirs, executon, administraton, succason and assigns of the parties hereto. Where~•er used. the singular numbar shall include the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall be applicable to all genden. All covenants, agreemenb and undertakings shall be joint and several.
