FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAG$
THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date and the Court, having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
T'his Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LONNIE WILLIAMS
I~ and SHERRY WILLIAMS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of KIMBERLY WILLIAMS and SHARON WILLIAMS,
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to SIiERRY WILLIAMS,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to LONNIE WILLIAMS.
3. SUPPORT. Conunencing the ~~day of July, 1973, LONNIE
WILLIAMS shall pay to SHERRY WII,LIAMS the sum of $

~ each and every week for the support of the children named above.

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him

~ remitted promptly to SHERRY WILLIAMS. In addition there is hereby
~ assessed the sum of $1.00 as-statutory costs to be added to each

~ payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money
~ order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
