THIS CAUSE came on Eor trial this date and the Court, havinq given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between WILLIS RAY
NETTLES, Husband, and KATHLEEN MILLER NETTLES, Wife, be and the same
is he=eby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligation arising therefrom. $

2. CUSTODY. Custody of WILLIS RAY NETTLES, JR. and SHERRI KAY ~

NETTLES, minor chiidren of the parties, is hereby awarded to RATHLEEN f

MILLER NETTLES, Wife, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
WILLIS RAY NETTLES, Husband.
; 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 20 day of July 197 3, the Husband,

r WILLIS RAY NETTLES shall pay to the Wife, KATHLEEN MILLER NETTLES, the ;

! sum of $ Q!.each and every week for the support of the children named '

; above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by i

him remitted promptly to KATHLEEN MILLER NETTLES. Tn addition there
is hereby assessed the swn of $1.00 as statutory costs to be adc~ed to ~

each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
~ money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
~ addtesses at all times while this order is in effect.
