DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 17th day of July,
1973, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. _
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The Default previously entered by the C1erk of this
Court on July 11, 1973 against the Wife is hereby ratified and
confirmed. _
2. The marriage between BRUCE POTTER and PATRICIA FOTTER
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of

~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-

; fore existing between them and from the obligations arising
e
therefrom.
