ORDSR ON MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
This cause came on for hearing July 17, 1973, and the
Husband, CI~RLES H. McI~NZI$, having appeared in proper person,
and the Court having heard the evidence of both parties; the
Court determines the Husband to be in arrears in the sum of
Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars in support payments for the minor
child of the parties, PATRIC WILLIAM McI~NZI$, but the Husband,
in open Court, paid Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, receipt
whereof is acknawledged by the Wife, therefore the Court
determines the remaining arrearage on child support.payments to

! be One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and the Court being advised in

~ It is therefore ORDEREU as follows:

~ 1. That the Husband shall make an additional Five ($5.00)
~ Dollar payment with each Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollar weekly support
payment commencing Monday, July 23, 1973 and for 19 weeks there-
after until the One Hundred ($100.00) Dollar arrearage is fully
paid; each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and remitted promptly by
him to SUSAN M. McKENZIE. In addition there is hereby assessed

the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as statutory costs to be added to ,

~ each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
