Ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
2. The Court hereby assesses court costs in the sum of
Seven ($7.50) Dollars and 50/100 against the Husband, CI~ARLSS H.
McI~NZIE, and he is ordered to pay the law firm of Willes, Bittan &
Willes, P. O. Box 309, Fort Pierce, l~lorida, said sum. The Wife's
--prayer for attorneys fees is denied.
3. The Husband shall furnish to the Wife an identification
card on the hospitalization insurance which the Husband is carrying
on the minor child, PATRIC WILLIAM McI~NZIE, through Associated
Life Insurance Company. ~
