9. To further secure unio the mortgagee the -
payment of the aforesaid note and the performance by .
the mortgagor of all of his promises and covenants
herein madt~ the mortgagor has and does hereby transfer~
assign and set over unto the mortgagee aII of the rents~
income and profits now or hereafter pertaining or
arising f~tom said propertyt with full power and right
unto the mortgagee to receive and collect the same;
provided, however~ that so long as the mortgagor shall
faithfully keep and perform each and avery of his
promises and covenants set forth in said note and set
forth in all other portions of this mortgage and suffer
no default in connection therewith~ the mortgagee shall
allow the mortgagor to collect and receive the same.
