AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESSES

~HARVEY HALL and IRENE M. SZUMSKI, being first duly sworn depose and
say that on the 7th day of July, 1973, appeared before them CHARLIE
FERGUSON, being the husband of OLA FERGUSON, formerly known as QLA
JOHNSON, that in the presence of the Affiants that certain Mortgage
Deed and Note to which this Affidavit is attached, was read over to
said CHARLIE FERGUSON, and fully explained to him; that he stated
that he understood the nature of the said Mortgage Deed and Note and
the terms thereof, and that he desired to execute same, but was unable
to read, and the said CHARLIE FERGUSON was unable to write his name
thereupon, and the said CHARLIE FERGUSON made his "X" on said Mortgage
Deed and Note for the purposes of executing the Mortgage Deed and Note.
Further Affiants sayeth not.
