also any and allother indebtednessof the Borrowers. or e~ther of them. to said Bank, whether joint or several. here-
tofoce or hereafter incutred, of any nature whauoever, shsll remain unpaid~ either before or after the maturity
thereof. the said Borrowen will do t6e following things, to-wit:
(a) Pay promptly when due all flre and wlnd-storm insurancepremiums. taxes, a~seumenu. dues and chargea of
every kind imposed a tevied upon their real and personalproperty prior to the time when auy sach surru shall
become delinquent or in default; and
(b) Promptly pay when due any and aII sums due and owing on any mortgage or other encumbrance on the prop-
ertyherelnsfter described and will never suffer or permit any moctgage liea or encumbrance thereon to be-
come de2[nqueut or go into defaulc,
2, The Borrowen agree that they will not, without fint procuring the consent in writing of the said Bank here-
after create or permit any lien a other encumbrance to exist on their perty~ real orpe nonal. rww owned or here-

3, Theeorrowetsagreethatthey shallnot have the privilege. aor will they sell, transfer. assign, hypothecate~ or
