FINAL JrUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
. This cause came on for trial the 18th day of July,
1973, with both parties represented by counsel, and the Court,
having given full consideration to a11 the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter ~f this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The marriage between FRED B. DAVIS and MARTHA PAYNE
DAVIS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the-parties and
~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-

mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
; arising therefrom.

i 2. Custody of CHRISTOPHER CI~ARLES DAVIS, minor child

~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARTI~ PAYNE DAVIS with
