alimony for a period of three years, to-wit: One hundred fifty-
six (156) weekly payments commencing ~ily 20. 19?3.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to MARTHA PAYN$ DAVIS, 3205 Boston Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are Ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. The Court determines the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)
Dollars to be reasonable for the Wife's attorneys for their
services herein and FRED B. DAVIS is ordered to pay Willes, Bittan &
Willes said sum at the rate of Ten ($10.00) Dollars per week
commencing Friday, July 20, 1973. FRED B. DAVIS shall pay the
court costs immediately.
5. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further Orders as m be proper.
