THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard this 16th day
of July, 1973, upon the separate Motions to Dismiss filed

by STATE FARM MUTUAL ALTrOMOB ILE INSURAi~1CE C~MPA:`lY and
MICHAEI, ABBOTT and ALLSTATE I~ISURANCE COMPA.NY, respectively,
as well as upon the Plaintiff':~ motion for a protective
Order, and the Court having heard argument of counsel
therein, and having been otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is,
O RDERED A,.'V D ADJ UDGED :
(1) That the Motion to Dismiss filed by the Defendant,
STATE FAR1?i MUTUAL AUTOM~OBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, is hereby

~ granted, and that the Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days

~ from the date of this Order within whictr to amend her Complaint.
