SAN LUCIE PLAZA, a sub.division according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 5?, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared Melvin
Graham of Ft. Pierce, Fiorida, who upon being duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That he has been a resident of the State of Florida for more that
thirteen years last past, that he is one in the same as that certain grantee
refered to as Melvin E. Graham who joined by one Carolyn J. Graham, his wife,
appear in that certain Warranty Deed dated February-18, 1972, recorded OR
Book 199, page 2378 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That your affiant states under oath that on February 18, 1972,
he was not married to one Carolyn J. Graham as reflected in the above
reference Warranty Deed nor was he ever married to one Carolyn J. Graham.
3. Affiant further states that he is one in the same Melvin E. Grat,am
as appears as grantee in that certain indenture dated October 30, 1972, recorded
OR Book 208, page 350 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Further affiant sayeth not.
