COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
RE; Lot 3 and the West 2 of Lot 4, Block 54, of UNIT ONE OF
SAN LUCIE PLAZA, a subdivision according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 5?, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared Christopher
Lonnie Guin, Route 1, Box 440, Lot 2, Ft. Pierce, Florida, who upon being
duly sworn did dep~se and say:
1. That he has been a resident of the State of Florida for over tliree
years, that he is personally familiar with one Carolyn J. Graham who appears
as a grantee in that certain Warranty Deed dated February 18, 1972, recorded
OR Book 199, page 2378 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
wherein subject property was conveyed by Albert Batchelor, Jr. and Geraldine
E. Batchelor, his wife to Melvin E. Graham and Carolyn J. Graham, his wife.
Affiant states that he is the brother of that certain individual refered to as
Carolyn J. Graham in the above reference Warranty Deed and that tne said
Carolyn J. Graham was not married to Melvin E. Graham on F ebruary 18, 1972
as reflected in said Warranty Deed nor was Carolyn J. Graham ever married
to Melvin E. Graham as reflected in said Warranty Deed; but ttiat, the said
Carolya J. Graham was a single adult on February 18, 1972..
2. The affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that the
individual refered to as Carolyn J. Graham also known as Carolya Jeanne
Byers, a single adult as reflected as grantor in that certain Warranty Deed
i dated October 30, 1972, recorded OR Book 208, page 350 of the public records
` of St. Lucie County, Florida conveying subject property, is one in the same as
~ the said Carolyn J. Graham as appeaYS ~~s grantee along with Melvin E. Graham
r in that certain Warranty Deed dated February 18, 1972, recorded OR Book 199,
~ page 2378 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ,
