Smith, a single adult, did on May 30, 1973, make, execute and deliver • a certain mortgage deed to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, which mortgage was recorded in O. R. Book 214 at page 2613 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage deed encumbered certain real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 35 Scuth, Range 40 East, run West 330 feet to a point, thence run South 420 feet to a point of beginning; thence run h'est 210 feet, thence ruri South 225 feet, thence run East 210 feet, and thence run North 225 feet to the Point of Beginning; ALSO 3`'' Beginning at the Southwest corner of the E 1/2 of the . S`~ NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township ' 35 South, Range 40 East, thence run East 220 feet to . County Road right-of-way thence North along road 182 feet, thence West 220 feet, thence South 182 feet to Point of Beginning as security for an original principal debt of $2,724.05 evidenced by a promissory note, which promissory note was set out in said mortgage deed; and WHEREAS, the description of the property set forth in said rtgage is in error and the mortgagor and mortgagee have mutually a eed that said mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to cor _ct the error in description; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and promises herein made and the sum bf One Dollar ($1.00) each to the other paid, Gordon Munyak, a single adult, and George B. Smith, a single adult, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, agree as follows: 1. That the mortgage deed dated~May 30, 1973 and recorded in O. R. Book 214 at page 26I3 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, shall be modified, amended and corrected so that ~ the description of the property encumbered by said mortgage shall ' be as follows: i i Beginning at the Northeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the ~ SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 35 Sbuth, Range 40 East, run y West 330 feet to a point, thence run South 435 feet to a ~ point of beginning; thence run West 210 feet, thence run South = 225 feet, thence run East 210 feet, and thence run North 225 : feet to the Point of Beginning; ~ ALSO Beginning at the Southwest corner ot the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 ~ of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, thence run East 220 feet to County Road right- of-way thence North along road 182 feet, thence West 220 feet, thence South 182 feet to Point of Beginning. ~ 2.
