This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, hav-
ing given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter-
mines :
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject mat
ter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now existst
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
should be dissolved. It is thereupon

! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JAMES `

~ H. WILCHER and GLORIA J. WILCHER be, and the same is hereby dis-

solved; and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom. .
2. CUSI~ODY: Custody o£ TAI~IY WILCHER and JAMES T. WIL-
~ CHER, minor children of the parties hereto, is hereby awarded to
~ the wife, GLORIA J. WILCHER, wi.th visitation rights reserved to
~ husband, JAMES H. WILCHER, on every other weekend and one month
~ ~
~ during Sumaner vacation period, with each of the parties hereto
