3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 20th day of July, 1973, the ~
husband shall pay to the wif e the sum of ~taenty Five ($25. 00) •
Dollars per week, per child, each and every week thereafter for the
support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made ~
to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the ~

wife, GLORIA J. WILCHER. In addition, there is hereby assessed ~
the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as Statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order of Cashier's check. Both of the parties are ar-
dered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY: Property settlement dictated into the rec-
ord and agreed to by the parties hereto is hereby accepted and it
is
ORDERED that the wife shall have the exclusive possession
of the property known as 1008 Buckeye Drive, White City, Florida,
and she shall have the right to determine if and when said prop-
erty shall be sold at a fair market value. Upon the sale o£ the
said property, the net proceeds shall be divided equally, after

the wife has been repaid the mortgage payments and the agreed re-

! pairs since the entry of this Order; said repairs to be agreed by

P ORDERED that the husband restore all items heretofore re-

; moved from the house, including, but not limited to, washer, dryer
~ TV, sewing machine, pots, pans, dishes, etc. ,
- IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the husband surrender title to
~ the jointly owned 1968 Dodge Coronet automobile to the wife herein
~
