to the POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS and EXCEPTING therefrom the Westerly

"Provided, however,that in case of abandonment of the above premises ;
by the State of Florida Depart~nent of Transportation, its successors
and assigns for use and occupation for roadway or transportation ~
purposes, the grantor, its successors or assigns shall have the right a
to re-enter, and to hold, own, and possess the same in the same manner '
and to the same extent as if this conveyance had never been made."
It is the intention of the parties that this Quitclaim Deed releases
all of the grantor.'s right, title, interests, and claim under any
recorded or unrecorded easements in, to, over, above, under and across
the above described property.
