AND BENEFIT OF THE ST~TE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATIOIV, as part~• of the

~ WITNESSETH, that .the party of the first part, fo~ and in consideration of the sum af One Dullar and
other valuable conside~ations paid, receipt of which is hereby acknoH~ledged, dces hereby remise, release,
quit claim and convey unto the party of the second part, its successor~ and assigns t~,rever the follo~~•ing
described land, situate, lying and being in the County of ST T. 1_T . , State of
Florida. to-wit:

That part of the East 47.50 feet of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of `
Section 11, Township 35 Sauth, Range 39 East, said part which lies
within the following described parcel of land:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of said Section 11; .
thence run N 00°20'15" E a distance of 46.24 feet; thence
N 89°39'45" W a distance of 25.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence S 51°36'32" W a distance of 52.11 feet; thence N 89°51'00" E
a distance of 40.65 feet; thence N 00°20'1S" E a distance of 32.35
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO:
That part of the West 47.50 feet of the SW Z/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 12, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, said part which lies
within the following described parcel of land:
Commence at the Southwest corner of the NW 1/4 of said Section 12;
thence N 00°20'15" E a distance of 86.24 feet; thence S 89°39'45" E
a distance of 25.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
S OOa20'15" W a distance of 63.83 feet; thence N 89°51'00" E a dis-
tance of 32.28 feet; thence N 26°35'14" W a distance of 71.28 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
All as shown on the Right of Way map for Section 94003-2503,

~ by the State of Florida Department of Transportation, its successors
and assigns for the use and occupation for roadway or transportation
purposes, the grantor, its successors or assigns shall have the right
to re-enter, and to hold, own and possess the same in the same manner
and to the same extent as if this conveyance had never been made."
~ It is the intention of the parties that this Quitclaim Deed releases
all of the grantors right, title, interests, and claim under any recorded
or unrecorded easements in, to, over, above, under and across the
above described property.
