DISSOLUTION -OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, hav-
ing given full consideration to aIl the evidence, finds and deter-
mine s :
.This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject mat
ter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between PETE R.
' LAVIN and RITA A. LAVIN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each_of them are hereby forever freed from the bon s

` 2. CUSTODY: Custody of DIANA LYNN LAVIN, minor child of

the parties, is hereby awarded to the wife, RITA A. LAVIN, with
; reasonable visitation rights to the husband, PETE R. LAVIN, as

agreed in Supplemental Property Settlement Agreement executed by

' the parties hereto, dated February 23, 1973.
