support of the minor child named above, and to pay for the educa-
tion of the said child, at the school of the child's choice; to
pay any and all medical bills pertaining to said child. Each sup-~
port payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him f

remitted promptly to the wife herein, RITA A. LAVIN. In addition,~
there is hereby assessed the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as Statu-
tory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order of C ashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered t o keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times whil

this Order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement, executed
b the wife and the husband herein on the Sth day of J anuary 1972,

and the Supplemental Property Settlement Agreement, executed by '
the wife and the husband herein on the 23rd day of February, 1973,
are admitted into evidence and hereby incorporated herein by ref-

f erence and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions

§ S. FEES AND COSTS: The Court determines the sum of ~

~ Three Hundred Fifty ($350.00) Dollars to be reasonable for the
wife's Attorney for his services herein and the husband, PETE R.
LAVIN, is ordered to pay said Attorney said sum together with
costs herein assessed at -

~ 6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the

parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as
