adult, who, being first duly sworn, says:
1. That he is,the grantee in that certain warranty deed
recorded in O.R. Book 213, page 684, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, wherein qrantors were NORMAN FLOYD and CECELIA H.
FLOYD, his wife, of the above-described real property on April 3, 1973; ?
that on September 28, 1970 by warranty deed, covering the above-
described property was deeded to HENRY NORMAN FLOYD and CECELIA H.
FLOYD, his wife, as recorded in O.R. Book 188, page 94, of the public '
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that your A~fiant knows that
HENRY NORMAN FLOYD is one and the same person as NORMAN FLOYD, and
that your Affiant is personally acquainted with the said HENRY NORMAN
FLOYD, a/k/a NORMAN FLOYD; and further Affiant sayeth not. ~
