~f a conveyance should be made by the m~rtgagors of the premises here+n described, or any part
thereof, wit!,out th~ written consent of the Assotiation, and without assumption in regular form of
taw hy the grantee of the obligaiions to the Associa~;on created by said promissory note and this mort-
gage, then; and in tha[ event, and at the option of the Association, and without notice, all sums of
money secured hereby shall immediately and concurrentiy with such conveyance become due and pay-
i able and in default. The Association reserves the right to withhold consent io any such conveyance
ar~d assumption until and unless satisfactory financial reports and oiher personal data required by the
' Associatien are furnished to the Association by the party acquiring title to the premises, or any part
~ thereof. By giving its consent to such conveyance, the Assoc~ation shall noi be deemed to have released
; fhe mortgagor hereunder f~om any liability hereunder. The Associat;on may deal with successors in in-
' terast with reference to this mortage and the debt hereby secured in the same manner as with the

! mortgagars, and may forbear to sue Qr may extend time for payment of the debt, secured hereby, or
~ ott~erwise act without discharging or in any way affecting the liability of the mortgagors hereunder
~ or upon the debt hereby secured. The Association may also deal with the Mortgagors andlor with
successors in interest with reference to this mortgage and the debt f~ereby secured by forbearing to
suc, extendin~ the time for payme~t of the debt, providing for different monthly payments and/or a
dif Ferent interest rate, and by other express modi ficarions of the contract, without losing any priority
the Association has over other mortgagees or lienors or holders of any junior interest in the prope~ty
