WHEREAS, The State of Florida, through the State of Florida ~~~rd of
Trustee of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, by P rt Qeed No.
St. f.uc~e ~ County, of January 20 , 194~ , conveyed unto
Chester Elliott
, grantee,
a certain parcel therein described and subject to tlie reservation for State
Road Right of Way as therein defined (the last recorded owner of the title
of said praperty now bei~g Donaid E. Ryan a~d Jean H. Ryan, his wife
)and
I~NEREAS, The State of Florida Department of Transnortation has advised
that the property hereinafter described is not necessary for highway pur-
poses, and has-approved to the extent hereinafter set forth;
NOW THEREF~RE, The State of Florida, through the State of Florida 8oard
of TrustQes of the Internal Im rovement Trust Fund, in consideration of the~
sum of fifteen Dollars (~15.00~ and the foregoing considerations has remised,
released, and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and
quitclaim unto the said Donald E. Rjran and Jean H. Ryan, his wife
and their heirs and assiRns forever all rights, title, interest,
claim and demand arising aut of the foliowing reservation, to-wit:
RESERVINf UNTO THE S7ATE QF FLQP.IDA easement for State Road Right of
Nay Two Hundred (200} feet wide lying equally on each side of the
_ centerline of any State Road existinq on the date of this deed throu h
so much of any parcel herein described as is within One Hundred (100~
feet of said centerline,
as contained in that certain Part Deed Pio.715 as to so much of
said right of way described as follows:
Release ail of said reservation insofar as same affects Lots 1 and 2,
Block 4, Revised Plat of the Tropics, Fete Robinson Subdivision, (being in
W 1/2 of ME 1/4 of SE 1/4 and 3n E 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 33,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East), according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 6, page 21, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, EXCEPT
that part lying within 50 feet of the centerline of Sunrise Boulevard in
Section 33, Township 35 South, Range 40 East.
