appeared MARIE A. BARR who upon first being duly sworn, did depose
and say:

1. That MARIE A. BARR is the unremarried surviving spouse of ~
JOHN D. BARR who departed this life on June 27, 1973. ~

2. That MARIE A. BARR and the said JOHN D. BARR were the grantees
in the certain warranty deed of conveyance ~a the said JOHN BARR and ;
MARIE BARR, his wife, filed April 6, 1964, recorded in OR Book 85, page
195, in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the >
above described real property was conveyed.

3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she was ~

married to the said JOHN D. BARR and that said marital relationship
continued without interruption until the death of the said JOHN D. BARR.
