AMSNDMSNT TO MORTGAGS
WF~REAS, AQUA RABTLLA, INC., a Florida corporation, gave
a mortgage to the Jensen Beach Baak, a Florida banking corpora-
tion, said mortgage being dated December 14, 1972 and recorded
oa January 9, 1973 in Official Records Book 209, Page 2375, St.
Lucie County, Florida, public records, and
WI~RTAS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date '
in the amount of $162,500.00, payable on or before June 15, 1973, ;

payment under said note.
