TEMPORARY RELIEF ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on fihe Wife's Motion
for Temporary Relief, and the Court having heard testimony of
the Wife, and the Court being advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDERED as follows: ~
Comnencing Monday, July 23, 1973, the Husband, JAI~S D. '
BOURN, shall pay to the Wife, the sum of Seventy Five Dollars
($75.00) each and every week for her support during the pendency ;

of this action. -Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the =

Court and by him remitted to SHIRLEY LOWE BOURN, P. 0. Box 506,
Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450. In addition, there is assessed the ~

swn of One Dollar ($1.00) as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payrnents shall be made i.n cash, ~
money order or cashier's check. Both parties are ordered to keep ~

addresses at all times while this order is in effeet.
