FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard on July 23, 1973, upon
the Petition for Adoption filed in this cause and the consents of
Frank W. Chaney and Alice Faye Chaney Suddreth, the natural f3ther
and mother of the male minor, Charles Scott Chaney, and it appear-
ing to the Court that the.Petitioner is a fit and proper person
to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted, and that the best
interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that
the child is suitable for adoption by Petitioner, Harl Clifton
Suddreth, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
i It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:

I 1. That the minor child named in the Petition is

~ declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner, Harl Clifton

~ Suddreth, and is given the name of Charles Scott Suddreth, by which ~

~ name he shall hereafter be known.

2. This child shall be the child and legal heir of the

~ Petitioner, Harl Clifton Suddreth, entitled to all the rights and ~
~
privileges, and subject to all the obligations, of a child born to ;

~ the Petitioner, Harl Clifton Suddreth, in lawful wedlo . ?
