WHEREAS, the undersigned, AMERICAN TELEPHONE & TELEGRAPH

COMPANY, was granted various rights-of-way and easements for ~
its transmission lines and other facilities by instruments
recorded in Deed Book 81, page 464, Deed Book 81, page 155,
Deed Book 81, page 154 and Deed Book 151, page 400, all in ~
l
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said rights-of-way and easements were further
defined by an instrument recorded in Deed Book 195, page 501,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the legal description used in said grants of
;
easements was broad and included property other than that ~
actually traversed by the transmission lines and other facili- ~
i
ties owned by the undersigned,and ~

WHEREAS, said easements do not traverse the real property E
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and the undersigned
claims no interest in said real property and has been requested
i
to disclaim the same of record; +
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars 10.001 ~

in hand paid to the undersigned and other good and valuable ,
considerations, the undersigned AMERICAN TELEPHONE & TELEGRAPH ~
COMPANY does hereby disclaim and release to the present record
owner any interest in and to the real propert~ described in j
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
