being more particularly described as follows: _

continue South 89° 27' 30" East into Section 35, 175 feet;
thence run South 00° 28' West 130 feet; thence run South
89° 27' 30" East 1369.20 feet to the West line of property
owned by the City of Fort Pierce; thence run North 00° 40'
East al.ong City property line 1630.6 feet to the North line
of Section 35; thence continue North 00° 40' East into
Section 26, 650 feet; thence run North 33° 34' 33" West
2409.52 feet to the North line of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 26; thence run North 89° 20' West 106.96 feet to
the West line of Section 26; thence run North 89° 15' S6"
West into Section 27, 1224.82 feet to the point of beginning.
AND ALSO the South 130 feet of the West 2060 feet of that
part of the North 1/2 of Section 27, Township 35 South, Range
4Q East, lying East of U. S. Highway No. 1, less and excepting
frori the above described parcel the South 30 feet of the East
1660 feet and also the East 30 feet of the West 430 feet.
