TIMBER DEED

A.D. 19~3, by and between TURNER COATS and ARLENE COATS, his wife, here-
after called Vendors, and ROBFRT PHILLIPS, 302 S.W. lst Street, #
Okeechobee, Florida, hereafter called Vendee, ~ 3

That Vendors for and in consideration of the sum of Seven ~

Thousand Five Nundred and no/100 Dollars {$7,500.00) to them in hand
paid upon execution hereof, the receipt herein acknowledged, do here-
by grant, bargain, sell and transfer unto Vendee, his heirs or assigns,
all of the marketable pine timber now standinq and grawing and to grow
during the period herein specified, for the cutting and removal thereof
upon the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to- '
wit: -
All of Sections 22 and 27, Township
36 South, Range 37 East, St. Lucie ~
County, F2orida, -
EXCEPTING THEREFROM ALL LARGE SLICK BARKED PINE TREES AND FORTHER EX-
CEPTING ALL TIMBER I,OCATED IN TWO (2) CERTAIN PINE ISLANDS WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF SECTION 22 (middle of Section), which excepted timber ;a
shall not be removed and shaZl not be a part of this Timber Deed. ti yS

Vendor grants the right to cut and remove said trees for a
period of two (2) years from and after the date hereof. :

And the Vendors do also grant unto the Vendee, his heirs
and assigns, the right to enter upon said land at any and all times ~

during the said term with tools, wagons, carts, trucks, men and equip- ~
~
ment, and such other conveyances and tools as may be necessary for the i
preservation, care, cutting and removal of said tr~es and timber. :

The Vendors, for themsleves, their heirs, legal representa- ~
tives and assigns, do hereb;! fully warrant the title to said trees and ~
timber and will defend the same agair?st the lawful claims of all per-
sons wnomsoever, and do warrant that there are no mortgages, liens, ~

tax liens or other encumbrances upon the said timber. '

The Vendors agree that they will pay and discharge all taxes #

and assessments levied and assessed upon the lands hereinabove des- i
