shall have the right to monthly accounting from the Vendee or his ?

assigns, which accounting shall describe in detail the amount, dates
and number of cords removed from the property, pursuant to this agree-
ment. Within the terms of this conveyance and upon the removal of ~

sufficient number of cords in excess of $7,500.00 herein advanced, the
balance of timber removed, based upon $5.50 per cord, shall be paid
by Veridee unto Ven3ors. - r
In the event Vendee fails to remove sufficient pine timber !
to cover the amount of the advance, the Vendors shall not be respon-
sible to reimburse Vendee.
