TRUSTEE'S DEED
TIiIS INDENTURE WITNESSES :
WHEREAS, a voluntary petition in bankruptcy was heretofore
filed in the United States District Court for the Souttiern District
of Indiana, by Jarvis "Jack" A. Renn and Elizabeth EZlen Renn,-which
said petitions were filed on the 24th day of April, 1972, said causes
in said Court being as follows, to-wit: NA 72-B-148 and NA 72-B-149;
and
WHEREAS, said petitioner , Elizabeth Ellen Renn, was thereafter
duly adjudged Bankrupt and her estate duly referred to Honorable Gene
E. Brooks, as Referee of said Court in bankruptcy, before whom such
proceedings were then pending, and the undersigned, Ervin Martin, was
thereafter duly appointed as Trustee of the Bankrupt's estate and
effects, and thereupon said Trustee duly quaZified and as ever since
been acting as such Trustee; and
WHEREAS, upon petition of the undersigned Trustee, said Court did
on the day of May, 1973, duly make an order authorizing and di-
recting the undersigned Trustee to sell the real estate hereafter de-
scribed and subject to approval and confirmation of the sale of the
same by said Court, which said order authorized sale of such real estate
at private sale, for not less than its full appraised value, free and
clear of all liens and encumbrances, with the claim of any Zien to be
transferred to the proceeds of the sale of such real estate in the
hands of the Trustee, and '
WHEREAS, the Trustee did ~hen and there expose such real estate
~or sale at private sale to the highest and best bid therefore, and ~~i
