bid the sum of $3,500.00 for such real estate, and this being the
highest and best bid therefore;
Now, therefore, I, the undersigned Trustee in 8ankruptcy of
Elizabeth Ellen Renn, by virtue of the power vested in me by t~e
provisions of the Federal Bankruptcy Act and by order of the Federal '

District Court, Southern District of Indiana, authorizing and con-

firming said sale, and for and in consideration for the sum of $3,500.00 ~

to me in hand paid by Max Boyd Apple, the receipt of which is hereby ;

acknowledged, do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell, set over and convey ~
to Max Boyd Apple of Salem, Washington County, Indiana, free and clear j

of all liens and encumbrances and other rights therein, all right, title i
and interest, in and to the following described real estate located in
St. Lucie and Charlotte caunties, Florida, to~wit:
Lot ~27, block 15, of Port St. Lucie section 25, a ~
subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded ~
in Plat Book 13, pages 32 and 32A through 32I in the ~
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Lot #27, block 853 of Port Charlotte subdivision sec-
tion 34, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, ~
recorded in Plat Book 5, pages 38A through 38H, of the ~
Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. _

This conveyance is made subject to the payment of all taxes heretofore
assessed against such real estate, which said taxes are now or to be-
come due.
To have and to hold the above real estate of the said Max Boyd
Apple, his assigns, forever as fully and completely as I, the under-
signed Trustee in Bankruptcy, by virtue of the powers and authorities
so vested in me might or could sell and convey such real estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Ervin Martin, as Trustee in Bankruptcy,~
has caused this Deed to be executed this day of May, 1973. ~
