Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successois or assigns, shall notity the undersigned in writtng at the addreSS indioated below (or at such other address as may be desig- nated by !he undersigned from time to time) that the said premises cue not in a reasonable state ol appear~ae ~d repair consistent with the general appeQrance amd state of repair of other properties within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance. etc., set {orth in scrid notice within 15 days after receipt ot same. 2. I! the undersigned shall tail or refuse to accomplish the required repcYirs or maintenance, etc., wilhin ihe prescribed time. GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns, aciing by cmd through its dvly authorized agents may come upon the premises !or the purpose o! doing ihe necessary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn ~nd yard maintenance to prevent ~ overgrown or unl~empt appecff~ce, and to painting cmd minor repairs io the exterior of the building or buildings, situuted on the ptemises in order to prevent an unsightly or unsafe condition. 3. As to ~y eosis or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- cesscrs or assigns, in br~nging about ~d accomplishing ihe work referred to in the notice, the under- signed agrees to make pa~~ment thereof within 10 days atter demand.
