naWre and kind now on said described pmperty, and/or that hereatter may be imposed, auffered. placed, levied
or assesaed thereupon, and/or that hereafter may be levied or assessed upon this mortgage and/or the indebted-
ness secured hereby, each and every, W hen due and payable according to law, betore they become delinquent,
and betore any iaterest attaches or any penulty is incurred; and in so far as any thereoi ia ot ncord the same
shall be prompily satisfied and discharged of record and the original otficial dc~cument (auch as, tor inatance,
2he tax receipt or ihe satiafaction paper ofticially endorsed or certitied) shffiI be placed in the hands of said
