This cause having been stiputated to and the stipulation herein filed, it is upon
CONSIDERATION. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That a judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant in the sum of

Execution wil! not issue if the terms of the stipulation are kept by the Defendant.
