This cause having been stipulated to and tlie stiputation herein filed, it is upon
CONSIDERATION, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That a judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant in the sum of
ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS

plus SIX DOLLARS and FIFTY CENTS .
2. Execution will not issue if the tei-ms of the stipulation are kept by the Defendant.
3. Upon application to this Court by affidavit, the Plaintiff shall be entitled to a~Vrit of
Execution when the Defendant fails to comply with the terms of the stipulation.
