8. That if no ob~ection to auch sale by filed in this

proceeding within ten days from the filing of the certifiaate 4

of aale, the Clerk shall thereupon complete and file in this ~
proceeding a certificate of title as prescribed by law, after 4
which the sale shall stand confirmed as certiPied by the Clerk, ~

and the title to the encumbered property shall pass Pully and '
completely to the purchaser named in the certificate of title.
9. That upon the Piling of the certiPicate of title by ;
the Clerk, he shall disburse the proceeds of the sale in the
folloNing manner; he shall retain his Pee and shall satisfq

any unpaid Court costs, plua the cost of advertising the sale;
he shall pay to the Plaintiffs the amounts enumerated in para-
graph four herein above, plus interest thereon Prom the date of

this decree to the date of payment; any remaining sum he shall
deposit in the Registry oP this Court to remain pending the
further orders of the Court.
10. That the Court retains ~urisdiction of this cauae
for the purpose of making any and all further orders necessary
and appropriate.
