B ,~(now SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE C~UNTY) Fort Pierce, Florida,
~~~s TRUSTEES under the Clare M. Stecher Revocable Trust dated
July 13, 1962 and CLARE M. STECHER, also known es C. M. Stecher
and FERNE F. STECHER, also known as Ferne Stecher, his wife,
hereinafter called the grantor, to
CARL D. BRONSON and ROSE BRONSON,~ his wife,
whose post office address is Route #3, Box 370, Fort Pierce,
Florida;
hereinafter called the grantee:
(wherever used herein the term~~'=grnntor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bar-
gain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Flor-
ida, viz:
The E 1/2 0£ the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/2 AND the SW
1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 34,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, containing 30
Acres, more or less.
TOGET~:R with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances_thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple £orever.
AND THE Grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that ~~s
it is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has ~
good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that
it hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persdns whomsoever; and
that said land is free of all encumbrances.
