MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, JACK J. EPPOLITO and LINDE D. EPPOLITO his wife,
did on June 28, 1973 make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage
deed to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE,
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United
States of America, which mortgage was recorded in O. R. Book 215
at page 2864 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and which mortgage deed encumbered certain real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, described as follows: .
Lot 2, Block 7, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 14, page 2, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
as security for an original principal debt of $29,000.00 evidenced
by a promissory note, which promissory note was set out in said
mortgage deed; and
WHEREAS, the description of the property set £orth in said
mortgage is in error and the mortgagor and mortgagee have mutually
agreed that said mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to
correct the error in description;.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other
good and valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and
promises herein made and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) each to
the other paid, JACK J. EPPOLITO and LINDE D. EPPOLITO, his
wife, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, hereinafter called the
Mortgagee, agree as follows:
1. That the mortgage deed dated June 28, 1973 and recorded
in O. R. Book 215 at page 2864 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, shall be modified, amended and corrected
so that the description of the property encumbered by said mortgage
shall be as follows:
' Lot 2, Block 7, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION,
SECOND PLAT, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 16,
' page 14, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
' 2. That the above description as set forth in Paragraph 1
above is hereby and herewith made a part of said mortgage as though
it had been originally described and incorporated therein.

3. That this agreement shall not be deemed to modify or
amend said mortgage except as specifically set forth herein, and
' the mortgagor hereby ratifies and confirms the said mortgage as
: modified and amended.

; IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the mortgagors have hereunto set their
~ hands and seals and the mortgagee has caused these presents to
be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto
~ affixed, by its proper officer thereunto duly authorized, this
