THIS INDENTURB. Made and executed this 2nd day of July, 1973
by and between EVELYN FRANI~NBEitRY HANNA. individuslly and as Executrix
of the Estate of KENNETH HANA a/k/a KENNETH H. HANNA, deceased, herein- ~
after called the Grantor, to
RICHARD SERINO, as to aa undivided 1/2 intereat; and
BERNARD KcBBE, as to the remaining undivided 1/2 interest
as Tenants in Coa~non. 7
hereinafter called the Grantee;

W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, KENNETH HANA a/k/a l~NNETH H. HANNA, 2ate of DeKalb County,
Georgia died testate on November 17, 1970, and
HHEREAS, EVELYN FRANKENBERRY HANNA is the duly qualified and acting

Executrix of the Estate of said decedent, Letters Testamentary having been
issued to said Executrix by the Court of Ordinary of DeKalb County, Georgia
on November 25, 1970.

NOW T~REFORE, the Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of ZSJELVE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and 00/100 Dollars ($12,500.00) and other valuable
considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents, does
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, reiease, convey and confirm unto the
Grantee, all that certain land situate in Indian River County, ~lorida, viz:

Beginning at the intersection of the South line of the Northeast 1/4 of the ~
Southwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, snd the West
right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No. 1, thence run Northerly a2ong said
West boundary line of U. S. Highway No. 1, 234.28 feet to the point of beginning.
Thence run Westerly and parallel ta [he South Zine of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Southwest 2/4 of said Section 30 a distance of 122.95 feet to the Eastern
boundary line of the Florida East Coast Railway; thence run Northerly along the
Eastern boundary line of said Florida East Coast Railway a distance of 100 feet; -
thence run Easterly and parallel to the South line of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of said Sec[ion 30, to the Westerly boundary line of U. S. HighWay
No. 1, thence run Southerly along said Westerly boundary line of U. S. Highway
No. I, 100 feet to the point of beginning. Said land lying and being in Indian
River County, Florida. SD /
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever. ~
