hereby certify that Lela M. Hicks as shown in the warranty deed
from General Development Corporation on property more particularly
described as Lot 17, 81ock 544, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 18,
according to the plat thereof on file as recorded in Plat Book
13, Page 17A, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
is one and the same as Lee Hicks who signed a mortgage to Citizens
Federal Savings and Loan Association on subject property as recorded
in O. R. Book 211, Pages 1069-1070, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
