THIS CAUSE came on this day for a hearing and trial before
the Court without the intervention of a jury and the Court finding
that the above named Defendant is indebted to the Plaintiff, it is
therefore:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said Plaintiff take the-

subject of the above numbered claim, to-wit: used van, and deliver
said van to a garage of his choice within the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, for the necessary repairs to said van, notifying

the Defendant immediateZy thereupon of the time and place of }

delivery of said van for such repairs;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant is ;

in full by the Plaintiff for the completed repairs to the subject

said Defendant, JIM HATFIELD d/b/a ORANGE AVENUE AUTO SALES, shaZl
reimburse the Plaintiff, the aforesaid THEODORE DAVIS, in the amount
