THIS DEED made the 19th day of June . 197 3.
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an~G.--ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to REVIS BILL CHESHIRE and ME1RY M. CHESHIRE, ~
his wife,
whose post office address is 2770 NE 9 Court, Pompano Beach, Florida - 33060
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the graritors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof ~~.G°
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz; .
Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, of Block 14, SAN LUCIE PLA "I.A,
UNIT ONE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 57,
of the ~ublic records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
S ubject to restrictions, reservations, easements and covenants ;
of public record.

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
19 7 2 .
