by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an G. ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to WILLIAM C. FOSTER and ELEANOR FOSTER
whose post office address is g03 Bay Drive, Baltimore, Nid. - 21220
hereinafter called the grantees: 1~1~

WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot 1 and Lots 17 through 22, inclusive, in Block 16; and
Lots 14, 15 and 16 in Block 15A; ALL being in SAN LUCIE
PLAZA, UNIT 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
5, page 5? of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, covenants, reservations and ease-

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. `
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the pQwers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
19 7 2 .
