THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me on the Motion
to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint on April 13, 1973. John A.
Gentry, III and Thomas A. Hoadley, Esqs., appeared and argued on
behalf of Plaintiff and Defendants, respectively. After con-
sidering oral argument and briefs submitted by counsel for the
parties and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Defendants' Motion to
Dismiss be and the same is hereby denied, and Defendants shall
have ~ days within which to file their Answer.
