Notice is hereby given that a suit was instituted in
the above Court, on the day of ~-l~ ' 1973, by the
above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendants.~
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or
piece of land and personalty located thereon, situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 25, in Block 50, of RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION,
UNIT 5, according to the plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 11, at page 31 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the
iraprovements tlia~eon and all furniture, fixtures
; and equipment contained therein, replacements
thereof and additions thereto.

~ of a certain mortgage given by ROGER A. WELSH and ARLENE B. WELSA,

his wife, to the Plaintiff recorded under No. 222768

~ sale of said property under the direction of said Court, in default

of the payment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiff under

said mortgage; and for other and further relief.
