at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby adcnowledged, does remise, release, quit-
daim, exonerate and discharge From the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
LLOYD D. BROWN, his heirs and assigns,
all rhat piece, parcel or trad oF land, being a part of the premises oonveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
lot No. 165 of VENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a Condominium according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 189,
Page 1677, et seq., of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. As
provided for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida
(Chapter 711, et. seq., 1965), said description in this conveyance includes,
but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the Condominium parcel above
described, including the limited carmon elements assigned hereto, and
including the undivided interest in the common elements of said Condominium.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
LLOYD D. BROWN, hi5 heirs and assigns forever, freed,
~ exonerated and disdwryed oF and from the lien of said mortgage, and evey part thereof; Provided always,
' nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effed, lien or inaiin-
~ brance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby rele~sed
therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies oF the holder thereof.
